Placing your order

Payment methods
We accept payment by all major credit or debit cards via Sagepay, a secure payment gateway.
Delivery
We offer free postage and packaging (p&p) on all mainland UK deliveries with orders of £50 or over. Orders under this value are charged at a flat p&p rate of £3.95 for all mainland UK deliveries. EU Delivery charge on all orders is £7.90 and deliveries to the rest of the world is £11.85. Goods will be sent within 2 - 7 days of order being placed.
Returns policy
While we hope that you are delighted with your order, we understand that sometimes you will want to return items and we offer a no-quibble returns policy offering you an exchange or refund. NR11 6WJItems must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please wrap the items securely and obtain proof of posting. Wonderland Boutique Ltd cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit which are being returned back to us.
For goods that are faulty or damaged in any way we will refund your return postage cost in full. Please provide proof of postage.
